TRX Bootcamp: This is a 6 week progressive strength and conditioning program solely relying on the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer. Each exercise in this camp has regressions and progressions for each level of fitness making this an ideal program for all levels of fitness including modifications for most injuries and limitations. Every 3 months, there will be a baseline test or end zone test depending on where you are in the current camps so you can track your progress.
P90X Live: This is the famous P90X home training program transformed into a live class. This class is a full-body, strength-training format, featuring four unique blocks of work: Cardio X, Lower Strength, Upper Strength and X Core. This class has a new release every 2 months with new music and movement combinations.
Metabolic Blast: A pyramid style workout which includes use of various equipment such as the TRX Suspension Trainer, medicine balls, barbells and even skipping ropes. The class format is exercise A, B, C, repeat exercises B & C and then cardio. All exercises are 45 sec and the cardio is 60 sec. These are all non complex exercises so transition is able to be quick and safe to keep an elevated heart rate. This class is great for all levels of fitness.
Group TRX: This is a class using the TRX Suspension Trainer and incorporates the same exercises as the TRX Bootcamp. The only difference is this is a 45 min noon class so it is not part of the 6 week TRX Bootcamp. This is a great make up class for the TRX Bootcamp if you are able to attend and make up a class.
