I started TRX because I wanted to work with Pat Corkum. I had taken his Body Combat classes at Goodlife Fitness and enjoyed his style of teaching. Signing up with him as a personal trainer was a good decision. Pat knows his material and pushes you, but never to the point of injury. I enjoy my workouts and am seeing results. I've set new goals and have no doubt that I will achieve them.
